In just minutes and with very little effort, you can have a great tasting, stove cooked Cajun gumbo for the entire family plus some. All you have to do is add chicken and/or sausage (for a seafood gumbo, add seafood instead), bring to a boil, let simmer and serve over rice. It's as simple as that! The mix is pre-seasoned and already has that true Cajun flavor everyone loves.
