FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders over $100 ship free Australia-wide — we cover up to $30 of standard shipping. Enter the code HOTONES at checkout. If your shipping quote comes in above what the offer covers, email us at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do to help out.

DISPATCH
The Chile Mojo store is open Tuesday to Saturday, and online orders are picked and packed during those days — usually within 24–48 hours of your order. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday go out from Tuesday. Same-day or next-day dispatch is usually achieved, depending on the day, your address, and everything being in stock — call us on 08 8333 1931 if your order is urgent and we'll confirm.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND ESTIMATES
- Australia Post Regular: 2–9 business days
- Australia Post Express: overnight (2–3 business days in outer zones — Express eParcel is not covered by the Express Post guarantee)
- StarTrack Priority: overnight (2–3 business days in outer zones)

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of Australia Post or the relevant courier — we have no control from that point. Your consignment (tracking) number lets you look up their current delivery times for your address on the carrier's website.

Not every option is available for every address or order size. We'll always try to ship with your preferred carrier, but we reserve the right to substitute based on your address or the size and weight of the order — we'll let you know where we can. Most parcels are given Authority to Leave unless you request otherwise; carded-freight couriers will leave a card (or MyPost users get an email/text/app update) if delivery isn't possible.

INTERNATIONAL
International parcels ship with Australia Post Standard, with tracking. Transit times vary by destination.

GET YOUR ADDRESS RIGHT
Please double-check your delivery address. Carriers charge us — and we pass on — a $15 return fee for parcels returned due to an incorrect address, plus the cost of re-sending. Returned or rejected parcels (unpaid duties, unclaimed at the post office, etc.) incur the carrier's return fee, and re-shipping costs are payable by the customer.

PICK UP IN STORE
Collect your order from our Adelaide store at 395 Magill Road, St Morris — Tue–Fri 10am–5.30pm, Sat 10am–4pm. Pick Up In Store appears at checkout when your delivery address is in South Australia. If it's urgent, give us a call after placing your order and we'll do our best to pick it quickly.
