We have three trade tiers. Every wholesale account starts as Hospo Pro, and you're upgraded automatically as your lifetime spend grows — there's nothing to apply for.

• Hospo Pro — all accounts start here. Case-pack pricing; 10% off Chile Mojo brand.

• B2B VIP — automatic at $5,000 lifetime spend. 7.5% off most products; 15% off Chile Mojo brand.

• B2B VIP+ — automatic at $10,000 lifetime spend. 10% off most products; 20% off Chile Mojo brand.

Once reviewed we will let you know if approved.

To open a wholesale account, start by completing our trade application. You'll need to provide:

• Your Australian Business Number (ABN)
• A store/landline number
• Your email address
• Your business address

Once you've submitted your application, we'll review your details and set up your trade account.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

If the item or items you have ordered arrive in a damaged condition or are not working, you have the right to return the goods.

You must contact Chile Mojo within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for the returned item.

Yes. The minimum order value for wholesale is $300 AUD. Orders below this can't be checked out.

Chile Mojo is an Australian specialty food store offering one of the largest ranges of hot sauces and chilli products in Australia.

Bulky or heavy items — such as 20kg Masa and bulk chips — are too costly to move on our flat rate. Any order containing a heavy-tagged product is quoted a live carrier rate at checkout instead of the flat fee, so you're charged the real cost of freight.

Free shipping over $600 applies to standard items only. If your order includes a heavy-tagged product, that portion is quoted at a live carrier rate even on large orders.

Tier upgrades are automatic. Once your lifetime spend reaches $5,000 you're upgraded to B2B VIP, and at $10,000 to B2B VIP+. The upgrade is applied to your account automatically and your new pricing appears at your next order — there's nothing you need to do.

Submit the upgrade request form on our website. Our team reviews each application and will let you know the outcome. If approved, your new tier pricing is applied to your account.

Only your wholesale (B2B) orders count toward your lifetime spend. Any retail purchases are separate and don't go toward your $5,000 or $10,000 tier thresholds.

Tiers are granted at Chile Mojo's discretion and may be reviewed over time. We'll always let you know if anything changes on your account.

Hospo Pro rewards buying in case quantities. The more you buy of an item, the better the unit price:

• 1–5 units: retail price (0% off)
• 6–11 units: 6% off
• 12+ units (full case): 12% off

If you buy like a consumer, you pay like one — the savings kick in when you buy by the case.

No. At Hospo Pro, the case-pack discount (6+ and 12+) applies per product — you need to reach the quantity break on the same item to unlock it. Mixing different products doesn't count toward a case.

Once you reach B2B VIP or above, your tier discount applies automatically to everything — single bottles and mixed orders alike — so you receive your loyalty-tier rate no matter how you mix your order.

Chile Mojo brand products get a flat discount based on your tier (10% / 15% / 20%), no matter how many you buy. This flat brand discount does not stack with case-pack pricing — you get the brand discount, not brand discount plus case discount.

Because the brand discount already replaces case pricing on Chile Mojo items. For VIP (15%) and VIP+ (20%) the brand discount is already bigger than the 12% case rate, so you're getting the better deal. The two are never added together.

On regular (non-Mojo) products, VIP and VIP+ have a baseline discount on every bottle (7.5% and 10%). But if you buy a full case (12+), you get the 12% case rate instead — whichever discount is larger applies. You always get the better of the two, never both combined.

Example (B2B VIP, regular product):
• 1–11 units → 7.5% off (baseline)
• 12+ units → 12% off (case rate wins)

Some exclusions apply to B2B VIP+.

No. Our system is set to "highest discount wins." You always get the single best applicable price on each item — discounts are never added on top of each other.
