PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND INGREDIENTS
We put real effort into telling you everything we can about every product — but manufacturers do occasionally change a recipe, tweak an ingredient list, or refresh their packaging without telling anyone. If you have dietary requirements or just want to be sure, check the manufacturer's label or give us a call before ordering — we're always happy to grab a jar off the shelf and read it to you. We keep the site as accurate as we can, but we can't promise every description is perfect at every moment.

SUPER HOT PRODUCT WAIVER — 18+
Products carrying our Super Hot Rating are seriously hot, and some contain extreme heat levels. By purchasing them you acknowledge the risks associated with their use, accept the element of danger if they're misused, and agree that they are purchased and used strictly at your own risk. You release Chile Mojo from all liability, and indemnify and hold Chile Mojo harmless, with respect to any claim of damage or injury resulting from the use, consumption, ingestion of, or contact with these products. If a Super Hot product is given as a gift, the purchaser is responsible for making the recipient fully aware of the potential danger. Chile Mojo only accepts orders for Super Hot rated products from people over the age of eighteen. By accepting these terms you confirm you are over 18 and have read and agree to the Super Hot Product Waiver.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched from our Adelaide store, usually within 24–48 hours, with free standard shipping on orders over $100 (up to $30 of shipping covered — code HOTONES). PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Chile Mojo takes its customers' privacy seriously. We collect and use your personal information only to deliver the products you've ordered from chilemojo.com.au, update you on delivery, and provide customer support and relevant order information. We may send occasional promotional or informational emails, which you can opt out of at any time via the unsubscribe link. Chile Mojo never passes on, sells or swaps your personal details. Personal information collected online is disclosed only within our company for internal use.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or not working, you have the right to return the goods. Contact Chile Mojo within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issue; returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued where we're unable to provide a replacement. For change-of-mind returns, once the product is back with us in original condition, the product price (not shipping) is refunded. Items with short best-before dates must be returned promptly to be eligible for a full refund. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

BEST BEFORE DATES
Most products ship with at least one month remaining on their best-before date, and where a line typically runs shorter — fresh tortillas, 2-litre Tabasco and Takis among them — we note it in the product description. To check current stock dates before ordering, call us on 08 8333 1931.

Worth knowing: in Australia, a best-before date is a quality marker, not a safety cut-off — it's legal for food to be sold past its best-before date provided it remains safe and suitable to eat (unlike a use-by date, which is a hard stop). Many of our products are high in salt, vinegar or chilli, which are natural preservers, and can be perfectly good well beyond their best-before date. Use your own discretion — if it looks, smells and tastes right, it usually is.

OUR LIABILITY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law, Chile Mojo excludes all other warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability can be limited, our liability for any product is limited, at our election, to the replacement of the product, the supply of an equivalent product, or a refund of the price paid.

PLACING AND PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
When you place your order and payment is processed, we agree to supply the goods you've ordered. We work to keep sufficient stock for all orders, but if an item is out of stock we'll contact you and offer an alternative, a refund, or a backorder shipped when available.
