This amazing sauce is mindfully made in Belize, Central America and starts with the classic recipe that made Marie world famous, but the peppers are smoked using four different types of fruit wood; Craboo wood, Grapefruit Wood, Guava wood and Orange wood. The result is an exquisite and deeply intense, exotic smoke aroma that is unique and will permeate any dish with rich flavor.
If you enjoy chipotle flavors, this sauce is for you but is not for folks who dislike smoke flavor. A small amount of this sauce will infuse smoked flavor in a large batch of beans, collard greens, dips, mashed potatoes or in place of ham or bacon in any dish.
