Iggy, our reptillian product development guru returned from a trip thru Barbados and the West Indies with the most peculiar souveniers. Besides the white Panama hat that now festoons his hard noggin, he's suddenly taken to wearing a lot of heavy gold jewelry, ala Senor "T". We're not quite sure what sort of mischief he stumbled into while sailing his sloop through Dragon's Mouth Straights but he did manage to get lucky at the tables and bring back the best damn Bajan style pepper sauce this side'a Bridgetown.


We're mighty proud of both Iggy and his new sauce.


Ingredients: Cayenne Peppers, Cane Sugar, Vinegar, Carrots, Salt, Onions, Cucumbers, Habanero Peppers, Corn Starch, Mustard, Cumin and Other Spices, Garlic, and Ascorbic Acid.

Delicious flavor of cayenne and habanero with mustard in there too. medium heat.

A lot goes a short way

Here's a mediocre exception to the otherwise exemplary Iguana range. It's really misnamed: mostly cayenne with Habaneros themselves seemingly as an afterthought. (It's opposite number is Bite Me Chipotle, where it's hard to detect the chipotle because they're overwhelmed by fiery Habaneros!) Also, although Iguana sweetens most of its sauces, in this case it is totally unnecessary what with mustard, garlic and tumeric included in the mix. The taste is there, but I give it a heat level 3, with consistency somewhere between runny and dribbly.
