Our family recipe was created around the turn of the century, almost five generations ago. The old folks wanted a distinctive flavor and realized taht local Tennessee Whiskey was the answer. The family is proud of their delicious barbecue sauce and they are committed to providing the finest traditional old time quality barbecue sauce available.
Baste during the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking time to allow the flavor to penetrate the meat and then serve, well browned, right off the grill.
Ingredients: Tomato Concentrate made from Red Ripe Tomatoes, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Molasses, Salt, Spices, Onions, Garlic, Green Peppers, Worcestershire, Lemon Juice, Natural Hickory Smoke and other flavors, Jack Daniel's Black Label Whiskey, and Sodium Benzoate.
