Cedar Smoked Garlic has a decent noticable heat but it doesn't get in the way of the awesome complex flavours Dawsons have brought together. Smoked garlic, fermented habanero, and a specially crafted white wine vinegar makes this a rich, one of kind sauce.
With it's woodsy, peppery flavour we find it works really well with red meats, grilled salmon, Italian meals like pasta and lasagne, any potato dish and is also awesome when mixed with mayo for a spicy aioli.
Ingredients: White wine vinegar, Habanero, Garlic, Onion, Extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt, Sumac.
