Any Australian can tell you that the Sunday Roast is a special occasion.  And special occasions call for care and a memorable meal.  Because roasts are cooked and served differently, we set out to develop a run for higher temps and shorter cook times.  At the same time, we've created a bit of ourselves as we honor those familiar Aussie flavours and traditions.

Great on beef, chicken, lamb, pork or veggies.
