For great tasting authentic buffalo wings, cut chicken wings at each joint, discard tips and Barbecue until crispy. Warm extra sauce over low heat, do not boil, and dunk cooked wings into sauce for about one minute. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and a side of blue cheese dressing.
