Complete, all-natural Fajita Seasoning.
Use 25gm with: 500gm of meat, 1 small onion and 1 large capsicum, 2 to 4 serves.
Use 75gm with: 1.5kg of meat, 3 small onions and 3 large capsicums, 6 to 12 serves.

An iron platter is heated over a strong flame, the cooked fajitas and a splash of lime, water or tequila send it steaming through the tables. It then rests in the centre of an array of warm tortillas and small bowls containing guacamole, salsas, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, cilantro and roasted chiles for all to share. And of course accompanied by margaritas or cervezas.
