Seeds - Chile Santa Fe Grande

Also known as Guero chile peppers, the Santa Fe Grande are blunt stocky chiles which grow to 5cm.  Quite sweet in taste with a mild to medium in heat.

Plants grow to 60cm tall and produce many pods which start as a pale yellow colour changing through to rich orange and a vibrant dark red when mature.  A very attractive plant.

Great in salads, grilled on a BBQ and is at home in most cuisines.
