Biquinho (beak) peppers are a mild Brazilian variety with a tangy, fruity flavor. The small bright red tear-drop shaped pods grow to 3cm and are often used in salads, cheese boards, and various other dishes.
These uniquely shaped chiles are not grown on a commercial scale anywhere but in Brazil. Often found pickled, Biquinho peppers can also be used raw and cooked. Great in stir-fries, atop pizza or sliced in a salad.
Plants grow to 3-4 feet.
