Don Pancho's habanero chile sauce is a blend of onion, green tomatoes, garlic and habanero peppers roasted over a low heat, bringing out the best aromas and flavours.

San Miguel makes their sauces with a lot of care and tradition, roasting ingredients in a comal and then milled in a traditional Mexican volcanic stone molcajete.  The results speak for themselves, bringing the flavor of our earth.

This sauce is perfect to accompany meats, fish, chicken, stews and soups.

Ingredients: Green Tomatillos, Water, Red Habanero Chilli Paste, Onion, Iodised Salt, Garlic, Jalapeno Peppers, Acetic Acid, Xanthan Gum.
