San Miguel Salsa de la Nana Tomatillo Pasilla 450gm

“Nana” is an affectionate term for Grandma in spanish, and the name of this sauce honors great grandma cooks who spend time perfecting and sharing recipes.  

Pasilla chiles have a deep, slightly spicy flavor with sweet toasted notes.  The combination of this chile with tomatillos, tomatos and jalapenos result in a truly delicious sauce.

San Miguel makes their sauces with a lot of care and tradition, roasting ingredients in a comal and then milled in a traditional Mexican volcanic stone molcajete.  The results speak for themselves, bringing the flavor of our earth.
