The red in this ghost pepper hot sauce is from the 40,000 scoville units of Cayenne peppers added in with the Naga Bhut Jolokia pepper that packs a whooping 1,000,000 scoville units. Included is the Habanero pepper adding in another 200,000 scoville units. When it is all added up, you get some extreme heat!
