Inspired by our childhoods in Argentina, we wanted to bring authentic Dulce de Leche, South America’s legendary indulgent milk jam, to Australia.  To recreate its unforgettable sweet, creamy taste using traditional recipes and the finest Australian ingredients.  And from that dream came Doulsi Dulce de Leche.

Doulsi Dulce de Leche – “the sweet milk” – luxurious, artisanal milk jam, made the way it should be. 100% fresh Australian milk, no preservatives, gluten free, and 40% fewer calories than hazelnut spreads.

The uniquely deep, creamy flavour of our Dulce de Leche makes it the perfect accompaniment to toast, pastries, fruits and even cheeses, as well as a decadent addition to your next home bake.
