Disaster Bay Red Mutt Louisiana Style Sauce 150ml

Red Mutt – an aged Louisiana style sauce.  A likeable stray. The Red Mutt loves to wander, it turns up at BBQs and picnics, often seen near the meat before it disappears. Most people trust the Red Mutt but some say it has a nasty bite – so take it home but keep it away from the kiddies!

Heat will range from rather mild up to a healthy high medium depending on the chiles used in each batch.  The flavour is always great and it is a Mojo household favourite.

Ingredients: 100% Cross breed fermented & aged chiles (55%), Apple cider vinegar, salt, vegetable gum 415.
