Disclaimer: FULL CAPS used justifiably and for effect. This sauce is effin hot!!! The moment I put just a dab in my mouth it felt like I'd been stung by a Scorpion. Or maybe someone had taken a red hot knife and cut my frenulum (the stringy bit under the tongue.) Then it felt like someone had set fire to my mouth with a butane torch. You will absolutely feel your heart rate try and break for orbit. Sweats, possibly shakes. The whole works. I have a suspicion this is as hot, if not hotter, than Da Bomb but I'm not game to find out just yet.

It's not without flavour though but given the heat level is at DIE HUMAN DIE levels it's a little difficult to work it out. This certainly does seem to be a 'd*ck move' sauce, just like Da Bomb. But I had to have it!! Haha!!! Bring it on again!!

Honestly, if you're looking for your 'this is it fellas' moment then this will be a fantastic candidate. It's only (haha!! ONLY!!) 116,000 Scovilles but will have you reaching for milk instantly. It did for me anyway. It didn't help much. Haha, But obviously save something even more obscene for your Last Dab.

Would I recommend it? Hell yeah!! You only live once ... and this may end that life.
Would I buy it again? Definitely. It's local - sort of. NZ is close enough.

Get it but don't blame if it's the last thing you eat. ;-)

Fire and a Drum
Perfect Balance of Flavour and Fire

Culley's are masters of balancing flavour and fire, and Firewater is their masterwork. Lots of snap and a sustained but not abusive burn, married with a complex, savoury depth and wonderful structure. This is a perfect example of a hot sauce that's greater than the sum of its parts. Enthusiastically recommended!
