la Birria Bundle has all the tricky, hard to find chiles and ingredients found in many of the recipes for BIRRIA, the forefather of Texas' Chili con Carne.
Kit contains:
Ancho chiles
Guajillo chiles
de Arbol chiles
Ground spice sachet: allspice, black pepper, cumin, clove, cinnamon & Mexican oregano.
The Birria Bundle reflects a ratio of chiles and spices suited to one single home batch. Using Bundle in one go leaves no half-used packages of odd stuff hanging around!
The spices included are what we consider to be a proper ratio for 1.5kg meat yielding about 2 litres / 10 serves. Recipes vary widely. Included in Bundle: a measured amount of many items less likely to be in a home pantry.
NEW: seed spices are now pre-toasted, pre-ground for convenience. If you may prefer to have them whole (as in photo) just leave a mention in 'notes' at checkout.
