A perfect balance of sweet, heat, spice and tang

Fruity sweet Apricots, Pears and Cinnamon come together with a mix of superhot chillies including 7 pot brain strain yellow.

Small batch, slow cooked hot sauce. Handmade on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.

This sauce is great at a BBQ where it makes a regular ol' lamb chop shine.  Also try as a glaze, on toast, ice cream, or on a curry.
