Seeds - Chile Fish

Fish is a hot African-American heirloom chile which is grown on ornamental, sprawling 60cm bushes with variegated foliage and fruit. The leaves are mottled with green and cream and the pods start off green with white stripes. At this stage they're great to use in white cream or cheese sauces. Fish’s unique fruit then ripens to orange with brown stripes and then to fully red.

Plant into a small pot for an ornamental or into the ground to allow it to spread outwards. Being an annuum it grows easily and quickly before flowering.
