The high heat and bright citrus notes of fresh red ghost pepper are enhanced by a refreshing and crisp apple and pear foundation. This is the sauce featured in Chef Johnny's multi award winning Loup Garou Cajun Ghost Wings!
While this sauce brings a significant amount of heat they managed to create a blend that allows the subtle and sweet fruitiness of the Pears and Apples to tingle your tongue before that onset of true Jolokia Burn!
