Chimichurri is a mixture of finely chopped parsley, oregano, ground chili, and garlic mixed with vinegar and vegetable oil.  A perfect for compliment in sandwiches or the famous Argentinian sandwich the chimichurri, just put a little bit on top of the chorizo or on top of some delicious grilled meat. This is a mixured of all natural ingredients.

With a hotter and smokier edge, La Parmesana Chimichurri SMOKED is more like a great BBQ sauce but with the classic herbs of chimichurri.  Perfectly at home at a BBQ and for any grilled meats.

Use as an accompaniment to barbecued meat, as a marinade, dipping sauce and even as a salad dressing!
