Crystal Hot Sauce is a Louisiana style hot sauce produced by family-owned Baumer Foods since 1923.



Think of this sauce as salt and pepper made better. Crystal Hot Sauce adds a flavorful touch to everything, including beef and pork, fish and shellfish, chicken, vegetable dishes and more. Serve it straight on oysters, or add kick to a cocktail. You can use it to marinate or barbecue, add it to soups and gravies, salads and dressings. Use it to season everything!


The sauce is reddish orange in colour with a medium heat and milder flavor than Tabasco sauce.


Ingredients: aged cayenne peppers, salt and vinegar.

Crystal addict....

You'll never use any other hot sauce once you have this... Think of Tabasco with lower heat, more flavour and a lot thicker in viscosity and not as much of a vinegar taste... Which means you can drown ya prawn poboy in it.... If ya like the heat of Tabasco just get the extra hot Crystal sauce (with the red lid instead of green...) When Beyonce sings "I got hot sauce in my bag" she's talking Crystal....its on every restaurant table in Louisiana.... Have a go at it!!! 😁 P.S......YOU'RE WELCOME🤪
