Chimpy Fonzerelli Foxy Voodoo Hot Sauce 150ml

We've discovered that Chimpy loves umami laden ingredients.  He also likes interesting berries and fruits but this is not a sweet sauce.  Just like it's Echo-brother, this is certainly complex but just comes together perfectly.  An approachable heat and great on just so much, I've just finished chicharon & bean enchiladas, 'twas right at home.  Thanks Chimpy.

When you're bored with the sauces on your shelf, in comes Chimpy.

Take the base notes of fermented cherries, chocolate habaneros and mushrooms, put them on a bus with the like-minded, then send 'em on down to Chimpy Town.
