A perfect complement to beef, poultry or seafood, but only a little is needed.

Ingredients: Reaper peppers, red wine vinegar, tomato, onion, water, bourbon, garlic, vinegar, salt, contains 2% or less of spices, sugar, xanthan gum, calcium chloride, citric acid.

Great Flavour but not the top in bourbon-infused sauces

I have it on hand at all times. Spicy but not crazy hot.If you want something that will explode your colon, look elsewhere. If you want a good bbq sauce, this is one of the best. Not as good as Melbourne BBQ or 13 Scorpions but very tasty nonetheless and a good price. Love it and keep on the shelf at all times.
