A delicious blend of seasonal yellow chiles fermented and aged, then blended in a Louisiana Tabasco style with vinegar.  An awesome sauce to splash on anything.

Heat will range from rather mild up to a healthy high medium depending on the chiles used in each batch.  The flavour is always great and it is a Mojo household favourite.

Ingredients: 100% mongrel fermented and aged chiles (55%), Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Vegetable gum 415.

Gluten-Free.

It's ok

Nice flavour on the sauce, sort of interesting, sort of unique. In my opinion tho, anyone who thinks that this sauces heat level is an 8 out of 10 is completely insane quite frankly. If I rated this a 3 out of 10 on a heat scale I would be embarrassed and revise my answer down to a 2 maybe even a 1.5 out of 10.

Is there some nice flavour in here? Sure. It tastes a lot like apple cider vinegar. Is there any heat to the sauce ? Maybe you could get away with describing it as having a tame mild light tingle on the tongue as a bit of an aftertaste maybe?

In my opinion whoever does the marketing for this label and calls it a dog with bite and 8 out of 10 absolutely has zero business writing anything on a chilli sauce label because yeah... No.... It's basically a bottle of apple cider vinegar with some tumeric and lovely tasty fermented chillis in it but it's not a dog and it doesn't bite and it's barely a 2 out f 10 heat so just be aware of this fact. I'm not even particularly tough or whatever when it comes to wasting chillies and hot stuff, but yeah calling this 'hot' is basically a joke.
