High River sauces doubles down on The Apollo pepper with Peppers Up! Mixing Ed Currie's spicy creation with blackberries, blueberries, and yuzu has created a smoking sauce that is spice first, sour second. But the hints of floral coriander, tingling ginger, and sweet brown sugar shine through and create a mosaic of heat and flavor.

Try it with a barbecue, pork chops or lamb for an intense experience that'll get your blood pumping and your taste buds salivating.

Clear and present flavour - a must try

This is absolutely at the top of my list for hot sauces that can still provide clearly discernible (and appealing) flavour along with a good kick of heat. The blueberries are very present, but not in a way that doesn't allow it to be used on meat, fish, chicken or any other product. It is very noticeable but still retains great versatility. I personally liked it most on fish but chicken was also quite good and it was an absolute winner on pizza (especially ham and pineapple - just elevates the entire meal). Can't recommend this one more highly and will certainly have me try High Rivers other offerings.
