At first glance you may be worried about the heat from the Reapers, but the plum creates a nice balance and keeps it enjoyable.  A good kick at the front and a nice, slow burn as you enjoy more it.  The heat level is on par with Yellowbird's 'Ghost Pepper Condiment'.
