Made with Carolina Reapers, famous for being the worlds hottest chilli, our Reaper Dripper is a sweet, naturally fermented chilli sauce that packs a punch.

Before blending we soak the vinegar in toasted French oak barrel chips to create a brilliantly complex and deep flavour.

This naturally fermented chilli sauce has not been pasteurised or heat treated so as well as being tasty it is full of beneficial bacteria. 

Ingredients: Organic apple cider vinegar, Carolina Reaper chilli, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum, French oak.
