There's heat there, initially, but the flavour is bland. Hard to categorise the heat. It's present immediately. Sharp and with a peppery burn but it doesn't amount to anything after that. You don't get a burst of flavour after the heat - as you do with a lot of Blair's hot sauce. It's just a peppery, sharp heat but no real flavour profile to go along with it. Not sure what I'd pair this with. I'm sure it'd be okay with any beef dish, but you can do a lot better with other sauces of equal or even lesser heat.
