Nice Pickles - Pickled Pineapple 500gm

Sweet pickled pineapple with jalapeno, ginger & mint.

It's sweet, sour and perfect on a cheeseboard or toastie. Dice and add zing to salsas & tacos or drop some tang on Hawaiian pizza.

Don't waste that brine! Splash its sweet acidity through guacamole and dressings. Works a treat In with soda or in a margarita.

Please note: this is a fermented product.  The best before date will also be close but never fear, if your jar has any 'action', know you're in for extra good gut health.  Keep it in check by storing in the fridge.

Ingredients: Pineapple, Brine (White Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Salt), Jalapeno (or Habanero for Extra Hot variety), Spices.
