Green Jalapenos are cold smoked for at least six hours over Victorian grown golden delicious apple wood to create this award winning hot sauce. The process creates a unique tasting sauce similar to chipotle but with a more pronounced bite.
Can be used as a stand alone multi purpose sauce or an addition to marinades, dips, salsas, mayonnaise, dressings etc…. Great addition to any foods that need some extra smokey flavour.
