Proudly made in South Australia, Hezeus Fire Ant hot sauce is loaded with carolina reapers, trinidad scorpions and a whole bunch of green ants for added bite.
Each bottle contains approx. 53 green ants which are harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia People.
With a flavour somewhere between citrus and coriander, green ants bring a perfectly compatible flavour note to the chiles in this sauce.
Ingredients: rice wine vinegar, reaper & trinidad scorpion chiles, water, salt, green ants, xanthan gum.
