Poblano peppers, sliced and ready to use. Make the famous Mexican dish, poblanos rajas by cooking with onion, garlic, mexican organo, and a little salt. Set these out as a taco or burger filling, add to scrambled eggs or salads. To make rajas con crema, cook as above until onions are softened and add monterrey jack cheese and cream to serve.
