Home grown yellow ghost, Trinidad Moruga scorpion and Butch T chiles fermented in oak.
It was hot but not dumb hot – so we added a few pinches of Dr Charlie’s Murder Powder* to bring the heat up to sunburn levels.
(*not actually a thing) but we did ramp up the fun levels with our house made super-hot smoked chile powder.
