First Verde

Different flavour profile from normal hot sauces, taste is quite fresh and pleasing, like some sort of hard to place vegetable. Goes well with noodles, tuna/mayo sandwich, garlic bread. Doesn't go well with plenty of things, so it's not a universal sauce. Expect 2-3/5 if you're putting it on random stuff, 4/5 if you find something that complements it. Heat rating accurate.
