An Introduction to Scotch Bonnets

A new sauce by me, and one worth sharing. This is a very nice sauce full of all those delicious Scotch Bonnety flavours, but eased right back on the heat to more easily mix it up with a wider variety of foods - great with milder fish or just poured over corn chips. (Can be drunk straight from the bottle as required.) Excellent entry level for both the Jamaican style and, IMHO, the best fruit. Suitable for every palate.
