"Elote" is the Mexican word for the popular street food snack of plump corn on the cob, sprinkled with chili powder, and topped with lemon juice.   And thanks to Vero, that authentic Mexican treat isn’t limited to the street because you can find it recreated in a smaller yet equally delicious lollipop version.

Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, citric acid, guajillo chili pepper, iodized salt, artificial flavor, artificial colors.

Dulces Vero is the largest hard candy and other sugar candy confectionary products in Mexico. It was founded over 50 years ago in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico by Angel Ibarra Davila. Please note: the nature of many Mexican candies is that they're 'messy'.
