Made with another of our classic recipes based on green habanero peppers, garlic and spices. This special blend of ingredients gives a fresh, home flavor to the meals. To accompany any kind of dish, especially meats and salads. Re-invent the guacamole with some drops of this incredible hot sauce.

Ingredients: Water, Green Habanero Chile (30%), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid) (E-260), Spices, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Onion Powder, Sodium Benzoate as a preservative (0.1%), Colors (FD&C Yellow 5 and Blue 1.

Great main flavour all rounder

About 2/10 heat
Beautiful hab flavour, almost like fresh pulp. Not too sweet or tangy, heat comes slowly but not very strong. Hab lovers will use this like relish and dunk wings in it. Very satisfying aftertaste.

A solid all-rounder

No real distinguishing characteristics here, although El Yucateco SA de CV does tout it as being "the #1 selling habanero in the US". They actually make FIVE Habanero varieties to cater to the obsessives and have been churning out this stuff from their factory in Kanasin (an outer suburb of Merida) for more than a half century. I guess 125,000,000 Mexicans can't be wrong.
