Not only do we smoke the jalapeños and Carolina Reapers but also the onion and garlic so as to impart as much smoke as possible. Australian native Wattleseed is used to give some nutty/coffee flavours and finally, a little Australian honey and molasses is used to round off all the flavours.
It's got a big, smokey flavour and with all the Reapers it's dang hot.
