Salsa Chamoy is a condiment from Mexico that is typically served as a dip for fresh fruit or used to prepare Micheladas (beer with chilli sauce). It is made with jamaica flowers, chiles and lime juice and it is slightly spicy.
It is sweet, savory, salty, tangy, and spicy—all at once.
A far superior version of the big 1 litre varieties.
Ingredients: water, apricot, prune, hibiscus (jamaica flower), sugar, salt, citric acid, chile.
