From Ojai, California, this is a bright and tangy sauce unlike anything you've ever tried.  With a combination of fire roasted guero, jalapeno, serrano and thai chiles we create a blend that will remind you of fresh salsa with chucks of garlic and onions... but no ice chest is needed!

This sauce is great on Mexican food, eggs, pizza and much more.

Ingredients: Distilled Vinegar, Hot Peppers, Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Salt, Pepper, Xanthan Gun, Spices.
